Villa Vistale is a delightful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Kalkan holiday rental villa located in the Kördere area which only a 7 minute drive into Town. 

The villa sleeps 4 and is stylishly furnished and enjoys great views of Kalkan Bay. 

The accommodation is laid out over 2 floors:

Ground floor:

A modern fully equipped kitchen with open plan living and dining area has plenty of comfortable seating and an HDTV. The dining table seats 4 guests.  

A series of patio doors open out onto the pool terrace.

The 1st bedroom is also on this level and is a twin with sliding doors onto the pool terrace.

First floor:

The master bedroom opens on to a balcony with seating to enjoy the spectacular views over Kalkan Bay and the islands.

The bedroom also has direct access to a heated indoor pool with separate jacuzzi.

Outside the villa:

A large private terrace with pool which is furnished with plenty of loungers and parasols. There is a hanging chair to relax in.

A BBQ and an al-fresco dining area are also provided.

NOTE: Indoor pool heating is provided for 100 TL per day as of winter months.
