Villa Tria

Villa Tria is a delightful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Kalkan holiday rental villa located in the Kördere area which only a 7 minute drive into Town. 

The villa sleeps 6 and is stylishly furnished and enjoys great views of Kalkan Bay. 

The accommodation is laid out over 2 floors:

Ground floor:

A modern fully equipped kitchen with open plan living and dining area has plenty of comfortable seating and an HDTV. The dining table seats 6 guests.  

A series of patio doors open out onto the pool terrace.

First floor:

All of the villa's three bedrooms are on this floor - one double and a twin both of these are en-suite.

The master bedroom benefits from a jacuzzi in the room.

All have access to a balcony with seating to enjoy the spectacular views over Kalkan Bay and the islands.

Outside the villa:

A large private terrace with pool which is furnished with plenty of loungers and parasols. There is a shaded seating area to relax in.

A BBQ and an al-fresco dining area are also provided.
