Villa Samira 3 is a 3 bed, 3 bath Kalkan holiday rental villa located in the elevated Kızıltaş area, it has unrivalled views to Kalkan and the sea.

The villa can easily accommodate up to 6 guests.

Villa Samira 3 has a large private swimming pool and spacious sun terrace furnished with plenty of sunbeds, parasols, shaded seating area and al fresco dining table. Samira 1 offers plenty of space for the villas guest to relax and enjoy the stunning views.

Kızıltaş sits on a hillside overlooking Kalkan but is still only a 15-minute walk from the town centre with its beach clubs, shops, bars and restaurants.

The villa’s spacious accommodation is arranged over 3 floors with living / dining space on the ground floor and the first and second floor dedicated to the 3 bedrooms at the property.

Villa Samira 3 is fully air-conditioned throughout.

Living area:

Villa Samira 3 boasts a very large living, open plan kitchen/ dining area. The modern fully equipped fitted kitchen / diner is furnished with a large dining table and chairs for 6 with sliding door access to the outside dining and BBQ.

A feature arch from the kitchen provides partial separation of the open plan living space and leads to the spacious sitting room which is furnished in a modern contemporary style with an HDTV.

Again, sliding doors provide access to the pool terrace.

Bedrooms:

There are 3 bedrooms arranged throughout the property.

All bedrooms have sea and mountain views

1st floor bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 is a double en-suite with a sea view balcony with a seating area.

Bedroom 2 is a Twin double en-suite with a sea view balcony with a seating area.

2nd floor bedrooms:

The Master Bedroom is a double en-suite, a sea view balcony with an outdoor jacuzzi bath and a seating area with spectacular views out to the bay and islands.

Outside:

The large pool terrace wraps around the front and side of the villa and has been furnished with a dining table and chairs for 6 guests, sunbeds and a shaded built-in seating set to create areas for alfresco dining, sunbathing and relaxing.

There is also a table tennis table.

The BBQ area is conveniently located just outside the kitchen.
