Villa Montana is located in the elevated Kordere region of Kalkan which means it has unrivalled views to Kalkan and the sea, It is is in a tranquil location and easily accommodates up to 14 guests in 7 bedrooms.

Villa Montana has am exceptionally large private infinity swimming pool (15x5 metres) and together with the spacious sun terraces offers plenty of space for the villas guest to relax and enjoy the space. Each of the 7 bedrooms have balconies with sea views and the property
is unusually well equipped with a gym and fitness area, steam room, cinema room, table tennis and a pool table…..so lots of options for those who want to keep fit or chill!

Kordere sits on a hillside overlooking Kalkan so we would suggest that it not feasible to walk into town from this location but
the town centre with its beach clubs, shops, bars and restaurants are only a 10 minutes taxi journey.

The villa’s spacious accommodation is arranged over 3 floors with living space on the ground floor and the first and second floor dedicated to the 7 bedrooms at the property. Villa Montana is fully air-conditioned throughout.

Living area:

Villa Montana boasts a very large living area with a central feature staircase and an open plan kitchen/ dining area. There is a separate games room at one end of the ground floor. The large kitchen diner extends the depth of the property with sliding glass doors to the front and side. The fitted kitchen is at the rear of this room and a large dining table and chairs are towards the front of this space so that you can enjoy sea views across the pool.

A feature arch from the kitchen provides partial separation of the open plan living space and leads to the sitting room, which is comfortably
furnished for the villa's capacity occupancy of 14 guests. The villa has high speed internet throughout.

Bedrooms:

There are 7 bedrooms arranged on the first and second floors of the property.

All bedrooms are ensuite and have balconies with sea and mountain views

Outside:

Due to its location, Villa Montana affords the property much more privacy than many other Kalkan holiday villas. The large pool terrace wraps around the front of the villa and has been furnished with a dining table and chairs for 14 guests, parasols, sunbeds and a rattan seating set to create areas for alfresco dining, sunbathing and relaxing.

The BBQ area is conveniently located just outside the kitchen. The infinity swimming pool is one of the largest in Kalkan at 15 metres long by 5 metres wide. There is thoughtful planting around the villa perimeter and on the terrace.
