Villa Hill is a 6 bed, 6 bath Kalkan rental villa located in the elevated Islamlar Village area which means it has unrivalled views to Kalkan and the sea, it is in a tranquil location and easily accommodates up to 12 guests.

Villa Hill has a large private swimming pool which also has a children's pool (with a slide) and together with the spacious sun terraces offers plenty of space for the villas guest to relax and enjoy the space. 

Islamlar Village sits on a hillside overlooking Kalkan so we would suggest that it not feasible to walk into town from this location but
the town centre with its beach clubs, shops, bars and restaurants are only a 15 minutes taxi journey.

The villa’s spacious accommodation is arranged over 3 floors with living space on the ground floor and the first and second floor dedicated to the 6 bedrooms at the property.

Villa Hill is fully air-conditioned throughout.

Living area:

Villa Hill boasts a very large living area with an open plan kitchen/ dining area. The large kitchen diner extends the depth of the property with sliding glass doors to the front and side. The fitted kitchen is at the rear of this room and a large dining table and chairs and sliding doors to another large dining table and chairs outside on the terrace.

There is a cloakroom on the ground floor.

Bedrooms:

There are 6 bedrooms arranged on the first and second floors of the property.

All bedrooms are ensuite and have balconies with sea and mountain views

Outside:

The roof terrace boasts a large shaded seating area with comfortable cushioned sofas.

Due to its location, Villa Hill affords the property much more privacy than many other Kalkan holiday villas. The large pool terrace wraps around the side and rear of the villa and has been furnished with a dining table and chairs for 12 guests.

The villa also has additional screening for complete privacy.

There is a BBQ area as well as a raised Ottoman seating area.

There is thoughtful planting around the villa perimeter and a children's play area.

Villa Hill also has private parking.
