This villa, which provides many advantages due to its location, has a special location in Kalamar bay and is 5 minutes' drive from Kalkan city center. 
 
 
 
Upper ground floor (ground floor): 
The ground floor of the villa is a large and light-filled space. This stylishly decorated floor features a TV, wireless speaker system, local artwork and a comfortable seating group. From this floor, access to the upper pool terrace is provided with a sliding glass door. 
The main kitchen of the villa is located on this floor and all the tools and equipment you may need in a kitchen are available. There is an open kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, wine cooler, ice box and hob. 
There is also a WC and a double bedroom on this floor, and the sliding glass door in this room opens to the upper pool terrace. 
 
 
The mezzanine floor:  
On this floor is the luxurious master bedroom. The master bedroom has a double bed, a balcony TV, a large oval bathtub, a bathroom and a separate toilet. 
The mezzanine floor has a sun terrace with garden furniture and a magnificent view. 
The edges of the terrace are covered with shades to provide privacy. 
 
 
 
Lower ground floor :  
There are two double bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms in the bedrooms on this floor. 
Both of these bedrooms have sea, garden and pool views and are accessed via sliding glass doors to the lower pool terrace. 
This floor also has a TV, X-Box, movie/game room and gym with an air-conditioned. There is a separate bathroom right next to the gym. 
On this floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with basic necessities such as refrigerator, microwave oven and dishwasher for our guests who use the washing machine, dryer and the lower pool. 
 
 
 
 
Outside the villa :  
Villa glass has two swimming pools, one of which is an infinity pool. There is also a shower and a barbecue on the pool terrace. 
The pool and sun terraces have been carefully designed with sun loungers and garden furniture. 
There is a , Ottoman seating area a jacuzzi and an ornamental pool on the pool terrace. 
Private stairs lead down to the beach platform with sun loungers and parasols. This beach platform is exclusive to Villa Glass guests only. 
There are double car parking area.
