Villa Börteçine is a 6 bed, 6 bath Kalkan rental villa located in the elevated Akbel area which means it has unrivalled views to Kalkan and the sea, it is in a tranquil location and easily accommodates up to 12 guests.

Villa Börteçine has a large private swimming pool and together with the spacious sun terraces offers plenty of space for the villas guest to relax and enjoy the space and spectacular views.

Akbel sits on a hillside overlooking Kalkan so we would suggest that it not feasible to walk into town from this location but
the town centre with its beach clubs, shops, bars and restaurants are only a 10 minutes taxi journey.

The villa’s spacious accommodation is arranged over 3 floors with living space on the ground floor and the first and second floor dedicated to the 7 bedrooms at the property.

Villa Börteçine is fully air-conditioned throughout.

Living area:

Villa Börteçine boasts a very large living area with an open plan kitchen/ dining area. The large kitchen diner has sliding glass doors to the pool terrace. The fitted kitchen is at the rear of this room and a large dining table seating 8 is in the spacious dining area.

Bedrooms:

There are 6 bedrooms arranged throughout the property.

All bedrooms are ensuite and have sea and mountain views

Outside:

Due to its location, Villa Börteçine affords the property much more privacy than many other Kalkan holiday villas. The large pool terrace has been furnished with a dining table and chairs for 12 guests, parasols, sunbeds and some shaded corner seating to create areas for alfresco dining, sunbathing and relaxing.

The BBQ area is conveniently located just near the shaded seating area.

NOTE: An extra 500 TL cleaning fee is required for stays of under 7 nights.
