Villa Acar is a large 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom Kalkan holiday villa located in the Akbel area which is still only 10 minutes away from the Old Town. 

The villa sleeps 12 and enjoys spectacular views of Kalkan Bay and the islands.

The accommodation is laid out over 3 floors:

Ground floor:

A well equipped kitchen with a very large open plan living and dining area which has plenty of comfortable seating and an HDTV.

The dining table seats 10 guests.  

There is also a table tennis table.

A series of patio doors open out onto the pool terrace.

First floor:

This level houses three of the villa's six bedrooms - two are double en-suite and share a large balcony with magnificent views of Kalkan Bay and the islands and the other is an en-suite twin. 

Second floor:

This level houses three of the villa's six bedrooms - two are double en-suite and share a large balcony with magnificent views of Kalkan Bay and the islands and the other is an en-suite twin. 

Outside the villa:

A large private terrace with large pool, with a children's area, which is furnished with plenty of loungers and parasols. There is a large shaded seating area to relax in.

A BBQ and an al-fresco dining area are also provided.
