Villa Çiğdem is a 2 bed, 2 bath Kalkan holiday rental villa located in the Üzümlü Village area, it has views over Patara and it's stunning sunsets.

The villa can easily accommodate up to 4 guests.

Villa Çiğdem has a large private infinity swimming pool and childrens pool and spacious sun terrace furnished with sunbeds, parasols, a hammock, shaded seating area and al fresco dining table. Villa Çiğdem offers plenty of space for the villas guest to relax and enjoy the stunning views.

There is also a heated indoor pool with a separate jacuzzi bath making Villa Çiğdem a year-round destination!

Üzümlü Village sits on a hillside high above Kalkan so not feasible to walk into town from this location but the town centre with its beach clubs, shops, bars and restaurants are only a 15 minutes taxi journey.

The villa’s spacious accommodation is arranged over 3 floors with living / dining space on the ground floor and the first and second floor dedicated to the 2 bedrooms at the property.

Villa Çiğdem is fully air-conditioned throughout.

Living area:

Villa Çiğdem boasts a very large living, open plan kitchen/ dining area. The modern fully equipped fitted kitchen / diner is furnished with a large dining table and chairs with sliding door access to the outside dining and BBQ.

Bedrooms:

The stunning Master Bedroom is a double en-suite, with a jacuzzi and a balcony with table and chairs plus the spectacular views over Patara.

Bedroom 2 is a Twin en-suite with a sliding door onto a balcony spectacular views over Patara.

Outside:

The large pool terrace has been furnished with a dining table and chairs, sunbeds, hammock and a shaded seating set to create areas for alfresco dining, sunbathing and relaxing.

There is a swing seat with childrens playground in the side garden.

There is a  BBQ area.

There is private parking.
