Villa Zumra is a delightful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Kalkan holiday villa located in the Kördere area which is only a 10 minute stroll into Town. 

The villa sleeps 4 and is stylishly furnished and enjoys great views of Kalkan Bay and the islands. 

The accommodation is laid out over 2 floors:

Ground floor:

A modern fully equipped kitchen compliments the open plan living and dining area which has plenty of comfortable seating and an HDTV.

The dining table seats 4 guests.  

A series of patio doors open out onto the pool terrace.

First floor:

The en-suite master bedroom enjoys the stunning Kalkan view and has a jacuzzi in the room.

The second en-suite bedroom is a twin which also has the view. 

Outside the villa:

A large totally private terrace with two heated pools, side by side, which is furnished with plenty of sun loungers. There is a shaded seating area and a swing seat to relax in.

An al-fresco dining area are also provided.

The villa is surrounded by mature and attractively-planted gardens.
