Villa Sarnıç is a delightful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Kalkan holiday villa located in the Kalamar area which is only a 15 minute stroll into Town. 

The villa sleeps 6 and is stylishly furnished and enjoys great views of Kalamar Bay. 

The accommodation is laid out over 3 floors:

Ground floor:

A fully equipped kitchen with open plan living and dining area which has plenty of comfortable seating and an HDTV. The dining table seats 6 guests.  

A series of patio doors open out onto the pool terrace.

First / Second floor:

There are 3 en-suite bedrooms, 2 double and a twin.

All have access to seating on a balcony overlooking the stunning Kalamar Bay and the islands. 

Outside the villa:

A large private terrace with pool which is furnished with plenty of loungers and parasols. There is a couple of shaded seating area to relax in.

A BBQ and an al-fresco dining area are also provided.

The villa is surrounded by mature and attractively-planted gardens.
