Villa Rüzgar is a modern 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom Kalkan holiday villa located in the Kalamar area which is only a 15 minute stroll into the Old Town. 

The villa sleeps 8 and is stylishly furnished and enjoys great views of Kalamar Bay. 

The accommodation is laid out over 3 floors:

Ground floor:

A fully equipped kitchen with open plan living and dining area has plenty of comfortable seating and an HDTV. The dining table seats 8 guests.  

There is a bathroom on this level.

A series of patio doors open out onto the pool terrace.

First floor:

This level houses 2 of the villa's 4 bedrooms - one a double and the other a twin both of these are en-suite. 

Both share a balcony with comfy seating and lovely views over Kalamar Bay.

Second floor:

A large double en-suite bedroom which opens out onto a terrace with a seating area and private sunbeds.

There is also a jacuzzi room on this level.

Outside the villa:

A large private terrace with pool which is furnished with plenty of loungers and parasols. There are a couple of shaded seating areas and also a shaded Ottoman seating area to relax in.

A BBQ and an al-fresco dining area are also provided.

The villa is surrounded by mature and attractively-planted gardens.
