Villa Ota is a large 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom Kalkan holiday villa located in the Akbel area which is only a 5 minute drive into Town. 

The villa sleeps 11 and enjoys great views of Kalkan Bay and the islands. 

The accommodation is laid out over 3 floors:

Ground floor:

A fully equipped kitchen with open plan living and dining area has plenty of comfortable seating. The dining table seats 10 guests.  

A series of patio doors open out onto the pool terrace.

First / Second floor:

There are 6 bedrooms, 4 double and 2 twin, most are en-suite but c couple of bedrooms share a family bathroom.

Both levels have a balcony sharing the spectacular Kalkan Bay views.

Outside the villa:

A large private terrace with pool which is furnished with plenty of loungers and parasols. There is a shaded Ottoman seating area to relax in.

A BBQ and an al-fresco dining area are also provided.

The villa is surrounded by mature and attractively-planted gardens.
