Villa Naz is a cool and contemporary 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom Kalkan holiday rental villa situated in the Kalamar area approximately a short 5 minute walk to the sea and Kalamar beach club.

Villa Naz offers stylish accommodation for 8 guests and has beautiful sea views.

Villa Naz features a games room equipped with a Playstation 4, table football, dart board and an air-hockey and has fantastic views of the bay. 

The accommodation is arranged over four floors.

Lower ground floor:

Bedroom 1 & 2 - There are two double bedrooms on this floor both with en-suite bathrooms and outdoor access through sliding glass doors.   

Bedroom 3 - There is also a twin bedroom on the lower ground floor which can be configured as a double bedroom upon request. This room does not have en-suite facilities, but it has use of a shower room / WC across the hallway.

The well-equipped games room is also located on this level which is complete with table football, air-hockey, PlayStation 4 and darts.

There is also a furnished lower level terrace and stairs which take you up to the ground floor, pool terrace level.

Ground floor:

Villa Naz has a large, fully equipped, open plan kitchen, living and dining space. The kitchen features an island with hob, a large fridge freezer and dining area.

The lounge has floor to ceiling windows and floors along the length of this room which brings a vast amount of light into the property and provides direct access to the pool terrace. 

The lounge also has a large corner sofa, a large HDTV and homely indoor plants and books.

First floor:

Bedroom 4 -The master suite occupied this level and features a Jacuzzi bath within the room, a large floor to ceiling mirrored wardrobe and views over the sea plus an en-suite shower room.

Second floor:

Bedroom 5 - A double bedroom with a en-suite shower room along with a freestanding bathtub within the room.

This bedroom leads out onto the villa's roof terrace which has fantastic panoramic sea views, sun loungers and a comfortable seating area.

Outside the villa:

Villa Naz's outdoor area has several different areas for guests to relax, there is a dining table underneath a covered pergola, table tennis to the side of the property, a BBQ area, a swinging egg chair and sunloungers surrounding the infinity-edge pool with Jacuzzi jets.
