Villa Vals is a delightful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Kalkan holiday rental villa located in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan which is only a 10 minute stroll into Town. 

The villa sleeps 6 and is stylishly furnished. 

The accommodation is laid out over 3 floors:

Ground floor:

A modern fully equipped kitchen and dining area with sliding doors opening out onto the pool area. The open plan living area has plenty of comfortable seating and an HDTV. The dining table seats 6 guests.  

A series of patio doors open out onto the pool terrace.

First floor:

This level houses two of the villa's three bedrooms:

The Master bedroom is a double en-suite with a jacuzzi.

Bedroom 2 is an en-suite twin.

Both have access to a large wrap around terrace. 

Second floor:

A large double en-suite bedroom which opens out onto the spacious roof terrace with a couple seating areas.

Outside the villa:

A large very private terrace with a large pool which is furnished with plenty of loungers and parasols. There are a couple of seating areas to relax in.

A BBQ and an al-fresco dining area are also provided.

The villa is surrounded by mature and attractively-planted gardens
