Villa Mehtap is a delightful 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom Kalkan holiday villa located in the Ortaalan area only a 10 minute stroll into Town. 

The villa sleeps 12 and is stylishly furnished and enjoys stunning views of Kalkan Bay and the islands 

The accommodation is laid out over 3 floors:

Ground floor:

A fully equipped kitchen with open plan living and dining area has plenty of comfortable seating and an HDTV.   

A series of patio doors open out onto the pool terrace.

Double bedroom 1 is on this floor with patio doors that open onto the pool terrace.

First floor:

Bedroom 2 is a single room with shared bathroom.

Bedroom 3 is a large en-suite double with sliding doors opening onto a balcony with a table and chairs overlooking beautiful Kalkan Bay.

Bedroom 5 is a double bedroom.

Bedroom 6 is a double with access to a balcony with table and chairs.

Outside the villa:

A large private terrace with pool which is furnished with plenty of loungers and parasols. There's a comfortable shaded seating area to relax in.

A BBQ and an al-fresco dining area are also provided.
