Kızıltaş sits on a hillside overlooking Kalkan, with its beach clubs, shops, bars and restaurants, and is only 1km from the centre so a 15 minute walk downhill and a 5 minute taxi ride home is recommended.

The villa’s spacious accommodation is arranged over 3 floors with living space on the ground floor and the first and second floor dedicated to the 3 bedrooms at the property.

Villa Manolya is fully air-conditioned throughout.

Villa Manolya boasts a large open plan living and kitchen/ dining area. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped and there is a dining table with seating for 6.

The open plan living space is comfortably furnished and has an HDTV.

Outside:

Due to its location, Villa Manolya affords the property much more privacy and peace than many other Kalkan holiday villas. The pool terrace wraps around the front of the villa and has been furnished with a dining table and chairs for 6 guests, parasols, sunbeds to create areas for alfresco dining, sunbathing and relaxing.

There is a BBQ area.
