Villa Kral is a 6 bed, 5 bath Kalkan holiday rental villa located in the elevated Kordere area, it has unrivalled views to Kalkan and the sea, it is in a tranquil location and easily accommodates up to 12 guests.

Villa Kral or King is a villa fit for a King! Has an exceptionally large private infinity swimming pool with children's pool area and together with the generously sized outdoor jacuzzi and spacious sun terraces Kral offers plenty of space for the villas guest to relax and enjoy the stunning views.

Kordere sits on a hillside overlooking Kalkan so we would suggest that it not feasible to walk into town from this location but the town centre with its beach clubs, shops, bars and restaurants are only a 10 minutes taxi journey.

The villa’s spacious accommodation, which feels more like a boutique hotel, is arranged over 3 floors with living / dining space on the ground floor and the first and second floor dedicated to the 6 bedrooms at the property.

Villa Kral is fully air-conditioned throughout.

Living area:

Villa Kral boasts a very large living, open plan kitchen/ dining area. The fully equipped fitted kitchen is at the front of this room with a large dining table and chairs arranged in this this space so that you can enjoy sea views across the pool.

The open plan living space boasts two sitting rooms (each with their own HDTV), which are comfortably furnished for the villa's capacity occupancy of 12 guests.

There are 6 bedrooms arranged throughout the property.

All bedrooms have sea and mountain views

Ground floor bedroom:

There is an en-suite double with sliding doors leading to the pool terrace.

1st floor bedrooms:

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are double with a shared bathroom and share a sea view balcony each have a seating area.

Bedroom 4 is a twin-bedded room with en-suite and sea view balcony.

2nd floor bedrooms:

Bedrooms 5 and 6 are double en-suite and share a sea view balcony with an outdoor jacuzzi bath and a seating area with spectacular views out to the bay and islands.

Outside:

Due to its location, Villa Kral affords the property much more privacy than many other Kalkan holiday villas. The large pool terrace wraps around the front and side of the villa and has been furnished with a dining table and chairs for 12 guests, sunbeds and a shaded built-in corner seating set plus another comfy seating set, with table, to create areas for alfresco dining, sunbathing and relaxing.

The BBQ area is conveniently located just outside the kitchen.
