Villa Ketchy is a 7 Bedroom, 7 Bathroom Kalkan holiday rental villa situated in theKömürlükarea.

Villa Ketchy is one of the largest villas in the Kalkan area andsleeps 14 so is suitable for large families and groups of friends.

The villa and it’s infinity pool are blessed with magnificent sea and sunset views over Kalkan Bay whilst still being only a short distance from the Old Town.

Ground Floor:

Open plan living, kitchen and dining area.

The kitchen is well-equipped with modern stainless steel appliances including two built in Bosch ovens and microwave + gas hob, kettle, hand mixer, food processor, toaster, coffee maker, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave.

The living area has plenty of comfortable seating, flat screen TV + DVD player. 

There is a breakfast bar plus a dining area. 

The large glass doors open directly onto the patio area with casual seating and sun loungers around the swimming pool.  The views from the living room are spectacular.

A WC is also located on this floor.

First Floor: 

There are 3 en-suite bedrooms on this level.

The front facing bedroom is a double with full sweeping sea views.

To the rear, there is one more double bedroom with partial sea view along with one other bedroom with twin beds. 

A hairdryer is provided in all rooms. 

All bedrooms are connected to the wide sunny wraparound balcony with stone balustrades.

Second Floor:

There are a further 3 en-suite bedrooms on this level - these are configured in the same way as the ones on the first floor.

Top Floor:

This floor is occupied by the penthouse bedroom suite - a double with en-suite shower and bath facilities and access to a roof terrace. This suite and terrace have breath-taking panoramic views over Kalkan Bay.  

The roof terrace is furnished with a table and chairs as well as sun loungers for private relaxation.

Outside the Villa:

The villa has an infinity-edged pool - this is almost 2m deep and it also features a sea-facing mid-height seat to allow for relaxation while keeping cool. 

Comfortable loungers are provided on the sun terrace, together with parasols and a shaded al-fresco dining area.

There are also outside built-in speakers for your favourite chill-out music.

A poolside shower and a BBQ are provided for guests' use.

Beneath the villa is a garage for private use - this also houses a washer/dryer and utility area with iron, ironing board and vacuum.

The villa is an approximate 15-20 minute walk from central Kalkan. Taxi's are very easily and cheaply available at short notice and water taxis to Kalkan harbour are available from the aforementioned beach clubs (a small charge may apply).

A small supermarket is located within a few minutes' walk of the villa and shopping deliveries can be arranged on request. At the end of the street is "Bob's", which is a very popular cafe / bar. Bob will even deliver hot pizzas on request!
