Villa Kayra

Villa Kayra is a modern 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom Kalkan holiday rental villa in an elevated position above Kalamar bay which benefits from wonderful sea views and sunsets.

The property offers spacious, comfortable and stylish accommodation for up to 12 guests. An unusually large plot provides for plenty of outside space, with lounging, dining and relaxation very much in mind in the design of the property. The pool is larger than many in Kalkan and has a Jacuzzi at one end.

Five of the villa's six bedrooms occupy the two upper floors (there is one double on the ground floor) with a mix of doubles and twins to suit families or groups of friends, and floor to ceiling windows provide wonderful views to wake up to.

All bedrooms have en-suite facilities and access a balcony or roof terrace and one has a Jacuzzi bathroom.

The master suite on the top floor is complete with TV and an in-room double Jacuzzi bath.

The accommodation is arranged over three floors:

Ground floor:

A modern fully equipped kitchen opens to the large open plan living/dining area with two sofas, HDTV with DVD player with Bluetooth music speaker. 

This floor also has a utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The first of the Villa Kayra's 6 bedrooms is also on this floor.

Bedroom 1 - A double bedroom with mounted television, an arm chair, bedside tables, access to a furnished terrace and an adjacent shower room.

First floor:

Bedroom 1 - A double bedroom with en-suite shower room. There is also access to a private balcony.

Bedroom 2 - A double bedroom with a bed that faces the fantastic sea views, an en-suite shower room and Jacuzzi bath. There is access to a shared balcony.

Bedroom 3 - A twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. This bedroom shares the balcony with one of the double bedrooms on this floor. 

Second floor:

The master double bedroom which has a mounted TV, an en-suite shower room and a Jacuzzi. There is also access to a shared balcony. 

A twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. This bedroom has access to the shared balcony with the master bedroom. 

Outside area:

Equally impressive outdoors, a number of steps lead guests from the ground to the pool terrace where there are a number of areas perfect for relaxing.

Villa Kayra has a large Jacuzzi by the infinity pool and a pergola shades a poolside bar and traditional Turkish Ottoman seating area.

Villa Kayra also has table tennis, a BBQ, hammock and two alfresco dining area.
