First Floor (Entry Level):

On this floor you will find a modern fully equipped kitchen which, in turn, leads to an open plan living and dining area, with capacity for 8 guests. There is also access to a balcony with stunning views out over Kalkan Bay which also offers the opportunity for outside dining or just sitting in a comfy swing seat enjoying the view.

There is also a separate comfy living area on this level.

Second Floor:

Here you will find the master bedroom complete with jacuzzi bath, double rain shower and a spectacular view of the bay and the islands.

Bedroom 2 similarly has breathtaking views.

There are a further 2 en-suite twin rooms on this floor.

There are stairs up to the roof terrace which, again, provides a stunning area to enjoy a cocktail and drink in the view...

Outside:

The absolutely stunning outside space at this villa provides a large pool terrace, which is 80% sheltered, has a pavilion, swing, hammock, barbecue, pool slide, table tennis and green area.
