Villa Blue Simena 1 is a modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Kalkan holiday villa located in the Kördere area which is still only a 10 minute drive into Town. 

The villa sleeps 4 and is stylishly furnished and enjoys great views of Kalkan Bay and the islands. 

The accommodation is laid out over 2 floors:

Ground floor:

A modern fully equipped kitchen and open plan living and dining area has plenty of comfortable seating and an HDTV.

The dining table seats 6 guests.  

A series of patio doors open out onto the pool terrace.

First floor:

The en-suite master bedroom has access to an indoor heated pool which also has a separate jacuzzi. Both enjoy the stunning view of the bay and the islands.

There is also an en-suite twin bedroom.

Both bedrooms have an outside terrace overlooking Kalkan Bay.

Outside the villa:

A large private terrace with pool which is furnished with plenty of loungers and parasols. There is a shaded seating area to relax in.

A BBQ and an al-fresco dining area are also provided.

Villa Blue Simena 1 also has a sauna for our guest's pleasure.

NOTE: POOL HEATING SYSTEM IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. IF THE POOL HEATING IS REQUESTED, THE CHARGE OF THE VILLA IS 100 TL DAILY AND 700 TL WEEKLY.
