Villa Aden

Villa Aden is a 2 bed, 2 bath Kalkan holiday rental villa located in the elevated Kördere area, it has stunningly unique views over Kalkan and the sea.

The villa can easily accommodate up to 4 guests.

Villa Aden has a large private infinity swimming pool and spacious sun terrace furnished with sunbeds, parasols, shaded seating area and al fresco dining table. Villa Aden offers plenty of space for the villas guest to relax and enjoy the stunning views.

There is also a heated indoor pool with a separate jacuzzi bath making Villa Aden a year-round destination!

Kördere sits on a hillside overlooking Kalkan so we would suggest that it not feasible to walk into town from this location but the town centre with its beach clubs, shops, bars and restaurants are only a 10 minutes taxi journey.

The villa’s luxurious accommodation is arranged over 1 floor with living / dining space and 2 bedrooms.

Villa Aden is fully air-conditioned throughout.

Living area:

Villa Aden boasts a very large living, open plan kitchen/ dining area. The modern fully equipped fitted kitchen / diner is furnished with a large dining table and chairs with sliding door access to the outside dining and BBQ.

Bedrooms:

The stunning Master Bedroom is a double en-suite, with access to both the indoor, outdoor pools and jacuzzi.

Bedroom 2 is a Twin en-suite with a sliding door onto the pool terrace with spectacular views over the bay and islands.

Outside:

The large pool terrace has been furnished with a dining table and chairs, sunbeds and a shaded seating set to create areas for alfresco dining, sunbathing and relaxing.

There is also a fußbal table.

The BBQ area is in the garden where there is another shaded dining set.

There is private parking.

Note:  Indoor pool Heating costs 1500 TL extra. (OPEN BETWEEN 1 JANUARY 31 MAY AND 1 OCTOBER 31 DECEMBER)

Pool temperature is kept at 28 degrees Celsius due to hygiene conditions.
